THE THREE KINGS FAIR IN BARCELONA by Lina Chergui

It is located on part of de Gran Via main road in Barcelona.

It has around 300 markets stalls, mostly toys, but also other traditional gifts like candy coal.

Dates : Friday 18th december 2015 to wednesday 6th January 2016

Times: daily from 11.00 to 14.00 and 17.00 to 19.00 and on the 5th January until 03.00.

THE THREE KINGS

Three Kings came riding from far away,

Melchior, Gaspar and Baltasar;

Three Wise Men out of the East were they,

And they travelled by night and they slept,

by day.

For their guide was a beautiful,wonderful

star.

CHRISTMAS IN BARCELONA by Aisha and Martina A.

               

The biggest Christmas tree in Barcelona is on Portal del Ángel near Plaça Catalunya, in the gothic area. There is another big Christmas tree on Plaça de Sant Jaume. Children can enjoy the annual Festival de la infància at the fira de Barcelona 's Montjuïc exhibition area.Barcelona has very classical, gospel and Christmas concerts including wonderful performances of Handel's Messiah at the Basílica de Santa María del Mar. There are Christmas lights at almost 400 locations in Barcelona streets.

Barcelona's Christmas lights usually, also include the Torre Agbar in the Sant Martí district, wich has a special Christmas light show during Christmas from 18:00 to 23:00.
